My original phone had a headset earpiece that just didn't produce sound.  There was a bit of delay due to the holidays, but I'm glad that Popular stood behind my purchase and exchanged the unit for me.  They were also very helpful in helping me select the right phone to begin with based on my needs.  I would certainly use them again.

The Samsung Galaxy Nexus Prime is an awesome smartphone with a stunning display. I am upgrading from an HTC Google Nexus One. The Nexus Prime is clearly one of the best phones I have ever used. I have absloutely no complaints!
