Ordered 3 transformer units, 3 arrived within the time period stated by UPS. All very good.

Only 2 units functioned, telephoned and was told to leave faulty unit for pick up by UPS and a replacement would be sent.

Several weeks, phone calls, emails later.....still no replacement!

Phone never answered or answered by someone with no knowledge of anything, told to hold then cut off. Customer service does not respond to chat line or answer emails.

Does this store still exist, do other stores in same road still exist, do they all belong to the same group as still require a 3rd unit
